Changing diapers

Changing diapers for the first time can often be a challenge for any new parent. Follow this guide for an easy and safe way to change your child´s diapers.

1. Find a safe and sturdy place, preferably a permanent diaper-changing area. If this is not available, find a bed or a floorspace.
   
   
2. Never turn your back on your child while on a changing table or even on the floor.
   
   
3. Open and unfold the new diaper. Place other essentials like changing clothes, oils etc. within reach.
   
   
4. Lay your child on the changing table or area, still wearing the used diaper.
   
   
5. Unfasten the used diaper and gather your childs feet and lift. Remove the dirty diaper.
   
   
6. Clean your child.
   
   
7. Place the new unfolded diaper under your child and lower your child onto it.
   
   
8. Fasten the diaper.
